At MANGOSHI, customer satisfaction is our priority.

• Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
• Any return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging.
• Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
